The schedule for the Manual Course Retake Application for the Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year is announced as follows. Please make sure to submit your application within the designated period.
A. Eligibility
Enrolled students who have completed course registration for the Spring Semester of 2026.
B. Requirements
Courses in which the student previously earned a grade of C+ or below (including F) at our university,
The student has registered for the same course in the Spring Semester of 2026,
However, the course was not automatically processed as a retake during course registration.
※ If the retake was automatically processed at the time of course registration, a separate manual application is not required.

Confirmation of Identical Course Form [Attachment 3]
B. Submission Method
Obtain confirmation (official stamp/signature) from the head of the department offering the course.
Submit the required documents in person to the Academic Affairs Office (Building 1, Room 104).

March 9 (Mon) – April 3 (Fri), 2026
B. Expected Confirmation Date
April 6 (Mon), 2026
C. Confirmation of Processing Status
April 7 (Tue) – April 13 (Mon), 2026
After the Academic Affairs Office finalizes the process, students must check whether the retake request has been properly processed.

Integrated Information System → Personalized Page → [Course Registration Confirmation] at the top of “Ongoing Application Schedule”
Ensure that the word “Retake” is indicated in the “Remarks” column for the applicable course.
